Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: The manufacturer of first made in China Tilt& Turn window, was founded in 1996. After morn than 20years of development, we have set up three manufacturing plants, two in Beijing more than 60,000 square meters and one in Shanghai more than 50,000 square meters.
Q: Do you have installers or send installation team to project site?
A: Normally, we provide you with the installation diagram or installation guide, and we can send our installation team to job site if it is necessary.
Q: How about your package? What can you do for me if the windows were damaged when I open the container?
A: Cardboard is our standard package, wooden carton is also available.
If the windows were damaged when you received, please send photos and we will replace you with new ones freely.
Q: What if you send me the wrong windows?
A: Shop drawings should be sent to you for final conformation before production. But if we send you the wrong products, we will replace you with new correct ones freely.
Q: Can you provide sample for testing quality?
A: Yes, the sample is available. But normally client will be charged on the freight cost.
Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM service?
A: We have the self-owned brand, OEM&ODM should be available under corresponding agreement signed by both sides.
Q: How long is the period of quality warranty and after sales service?
A: We provide 5-10years's warranty depends on requirements. We have a dealer in Phoenix, AZ, USA to provide after sales service. For other countries, you can call or e-mail to us, we will reply you within 24 hours.
