D Series Track-Type Remote-Controlled Solar PV Panel Cleaning Equipment is designed for efficient operation and maintenance of industrial and commercial photovoltaic roofs, with a multi model matrix that flexibly adapts to various industrial and commercial roof scenarios and needs.
 

 

Product Advantage:

1. High Quality Battery: Our battery uses the high-quality cell, with a capacity of 36V / 15Ah, it can be charged and discharged up to 3000 times. One battery can be used for 4 hours, and it takes only 1.5 hours to fully charge.

2. High Performance Motor: Our machine adopts an integrated joint motor module, which includes a motor, driver, reducer, and encoder. It weighs 405g, has a rated power of 170w, a reduction ratio of 7.75:1, a peak torque of 17nm, and a 14 bit dual encoder. The maximum running speed of the chassis can reach 1000mm/s, and the maximum rotation speed of the roller brush can reach 330rpm.

3. High Efficiency Cleaning: On the basis of equipping the front roller brush and nozzle component, our machine adds a rear roller brush and nozzle component. The single roller brush machine sweeps once, while our double roller brush machine sweeps twice. The quadruple cleaning system makes cleaning more efficient, and the daily capacity of cleaned solar panels can reach 1~2 MW.

4. Intelligent and Safety: Our machine adopts a high-end model airplane remote control, with a remote control distance of up to 200m, and with intelligent operation control algorithms and user-friendly interactive design. Meanwhile, it is equipped with edge anti-fall protection function, making operations more intelligent, flexible and safety.

5. Flexible Deployment: Our machine is made of aviation aluminum material, which is sturdy and durable, with a modular and lightweight design, smaller in size and lighter in weight that is easy to disassemble and transport. Meanwhile, it can operate on the solar panel modules with the maximum tilt angle of 10°, and adapt to complex application environments.

6. High Protection Class: The protection class of our machine up to IP65, it can effectively isolate the dust and rainwater, ensuring that the machine can operate normally in the complex environments.
