A: Cardboard is our standard package, wooden carton is also available.
     If the windows were damaged when you received, please send photos and we will replace you with new ones freely.
Q: What if you send me the wrong windows?
A: Shop drawings should be sent to you for final conformation before production. But if we send you the wrong products, we will replace you with new correct ones freely.
Q: Can you provide sample for testing quality?
A: Yes, the sample is available. But normally client will be charged on the freight cost.
Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM service?
A: We have the self-owned brand, OEM&ODM should be available under corresponding agreement signed by both sides.
Q: How long is the period of quality warranty and after sales service?
